Welcome to AM9 Palapa, a spacious and light-filled 2-bedroom apartment perfectly located in the heart of Bucerías’ Zona Dorada—just three blocks from the beach and steps from cafés, restaurants, shops, and the town’s vibrant cultural life.
One of only 3 condos in the building, the apartment feels open and inviting, with tall ceilings, plenty of natural light, and an easy indoor–outdoor flow. Both bedrooms are generous in size, offering comfortable bedding, quiet ceiling fans, and ample storage. The living area is designed for relaxation, whether you’re reading, working remotely, or lounging after a day in the sun. A well-equipped kitchen makes cooking at home simple, and the dining area is large enough for shared meals or remote work sessions.

We only have 3 rental units plus the cooking classes held on the bottom floor, so it is very quiet and we are a little community. We also live here full time and have for many years so know a lot about our town and what it has to offer!
