Sailmakers Place is just a short drive to the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore, multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. Kayaking, picnicking, and swimming are all available at the Johnson's Beach National Seashore. If you'd like to explore the greater Pensacola area just adventure North from the neighborhood! Some activities in the area include Snorkeling on the emerald-water reefs (only 500ft from the shore!), Fishing on the nearby Charter Boats, exploring the dog beaches, watching the Blue Angels air show, and walking and biking sandy beach trails!

2. No Smoking in penthouse or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
