Enjoy our beautiful 4 bed/2 bath with Pool and game room 15 minutes to Galleria!. Guests will find four comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, and double bunk bed with 2 full/twin mattresses.
Highlights:
* Quiet neighborhood with large lot and plenty of parking (up to 8 vehicles) in our driveway.
* Profesional cleaned pool (non-heated)
* Game room with full size Pool table, foose ball, and 65 inch TV!
* Professional managed by Renewed Residences (5 star super host)
Our modern Family Resort-style 4 bed provides endless entertainment for our guests. This spacious property features a family friendly residence with a pool, pergola, BBQ grill, and is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Our home is conveniently located just minutes from First Colony Mall and Sugar Land’s popular restaurants and pubs and is less than 30 minutes to many of Houston's top destinations!
Easy acces to major highways, and less than 45 minutes to Bush International Airport, Hobby Airport,
The single-story house offers a cozy sensation in a spacious floor plan. House features 4 bedrooms sleeps 12 guests. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet, 2 queen bedrooms & one commodious kids’ room with 2 bunk beds. Roomy living area with access to the backyard with beautiful outdoor seating area under pergola & the pool. Full size kitchen equipped with all needed tools to prepare your preferred gourmet connected to laundry room.
A lot of fun is waiting in the entertainment room with large 65” TV, pool table, foosball table with high-speed internet service.
Plenty of space & excitement in the backyard gas grill to enjoy a pleasing family BBQ under the lovely pergola and get a quality time on the sofa set beside the pool.
The house is equipped with fast WIFI, 3 large 65” Smart TVs in (living area – master bedroom – entertainment room). A full Kitchen can also be utilized with Toaster, pancake maker, Coffee Maker, Pots, Pans, and dishwasher.
Complementary coffee & creamer are stocked in the kitchen during the stay.

The neighborhood is located in a quiet cul-da-sac on a dead-end street. The lots are large, providing privacy for our guests. The neighborhood is close to Meadows Place, and about 15 to 20 minutes to Galleria Mall and other main attractions!
