I want to start by saying this was a great house and very accommodating for a large group and I would rent it again. We had a rough start, we couldn’t get in until 4:50 pm because the cleaners were still there and it appeared by the amount of trash they were hauling away the previous tenants must have trashed the place. The pool was full of debris, so my daughter got in and cleaned that out, we found out later pool is done on Thursday so again the previous tenants trashed that also. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and handled our problems. There were cupboard doors broken which we reported. Kitchen is nicely equipped and has 2 dishwashers. Plenty of room for all and great location.

The host was very quick to respond. We were disappointed with the pool table. It was practically falling apart. Clear tape on the corners and the rails were falling off. Their was no cue chalk which is not a huge thing, but annoying. There was no ball for the foosball table, annoying. The most annoying thing was that the remote controls wouldn't work for the TVs in the rooms.

I had high expectations for this cabin based on my initial interactions with the host, who was very communicative and responsive before booking. Unfortunately, the experience after arrival was disappointing.Once we got to the cabin, several things were not working. Multiple TVs in different bedrooms did not work at all, the theater room TV was also non-functional, and the pool table was broken. On top of that, cleanliness was an issue—there were bugs in the sink of one bedroom, and in at least two or three rooms there was visible dirt and debris on the floors under the beds.Communication also became a major problem. Initially, I had to reach out just to receive the check-in information, but after that, responses were very slow or nonexistent. When I reported the issues, the host didn’t reply until the next day and asked for photos, which I provided. However, it took another full day to hear back, but by then it was late that afternoon the day before check out. The host claimed my messages weren’t coming through, but that didn’t seem accurate given how responsive he was before.In the end, he apologized and offered a free one-night stay for a future visit, which I declined. Given the number of issues and lack of timely communication during our stay, it wasn’t an experience I’d want to repeat with him.Overall, Ifelt like the longer he took to respond and us being there for a short time...he didn't have to deal with the issues. He was definitely not a super host to my family
This is what was showing up on the TVs in several of the rooms.
These are the pics that were sent to him at his request but never replied back until I texted him and informed him the review would not be in his favor. He replied to that message with an apology and 1 free night stay.
Please be careful if booking with this host. I can't recommend this host.

The positive- House is huge. Every room but one has its own bathroom. The dining area is massive with room for everyone to sit and eat. Beds were comfortable. Now the downside. The outlets in 3 bathrooms didn’t work. There was no cue ball for the pool table. When anyone got into the pool, the ceiling below in the theater would leak water. There was dust everywhere. Spider webs everywhere & Wasp nests above hot tub. Cabinets upstairs and down stairs with missing doors(some of the doors were propped up against a wall). Cigarette butts throughout the porch area. Door to the hot tub was stuck and hard to open and then the handle was broken. Attempted to contact the host with no response. I personally swept the floor and there was dog hair everywhere. The hot tub was disgusting. No one got in because it was so nasty. The filter was nasty and there was a brown foam/scum ring around the tub. A lot of porch furniture broken too. I enjoyed time with my family but unless they shut this place down for at least a week and clean it top to bottom, I would never stay here again. Oh and there were no extra sheets or pillow cases for the million pillows available. Stains on every single bed protector. No can opener and large toaster didn’t work. Communication with host was horrible and I had to contact them for door code at check in and then again to see if there were checkout instructions.

This cabin provided the space we needed. Plus, the location is good. However for the price we paid for this cabin, it should have been more presentable. There were a few kitchen cabin doors missing, worned out pots and pans, and very dusty. This cabin is in need of a deep cleaning and updated furniture. The living room furniture is very nasty. We had to cover the couches with sheets because they were visibly dirty. Also, the floors need to be swept and mopped included when cleaning. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning this cabin especially charging over 800 for cleaning fees. But, the host Aiden was very responsive and communicative.
