Great place!

Great place! Pretty house and nice neighborhood. Had everything we needed! My only comment would be that the check in time was a little later than usual and check out time was earlier than usual. Great place to stay! We had a good time.

Great Beach Stay

Overall the home is great for family stays, with good outdoor space for grilling on the deck or playing in the yard with little kids. Centrally located with easy access throughout the Cape and good local family friendly beaches that guests can walk to as long as there is no need to carry a lot. Hosts were accommodating and readily accessible throughout the duration of the stay.

Wonderful week in Chatham!

My family and I had a wonderful week at this house. The house was in a great location (right between Harwichport and Chatham), and the house itself was clean and comfortable. The deck was ideal for eating outside, and all of the beds were super comfortable. The owners were super easy to work with and very good at communication. All around, this was a wonderful place to stay.

Nice house in a great location

This house was perfect for what we needed! Good size rooms, updated kitchen, clean, and well-maintained. Also a good middle point between Harwich and downtown Chatham. My parents, husband, children, and I all had a wonderful stay. Katie left a cute welcome basket and fresh cut flowers and also quickly responded when I reached out to her. I recommmend!

A great vacation

We had a wonderful time at this lovely and light-filled home on a quiet cul-de-sac. We were an easy walk (10 minutes) (or a very short drive) from two really nice beaches, and a short drive from the towns of Harwich and Chatham. Kate was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had (e.g. how to turn on the standing A/C in the living room) and the house was exactly as described: clean, nice kitchen, a beautiful big porch. We enjoyed getting to know the two bunnies who scampered in and out of the driveway every morning. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family vacation

The property was clean, the deck, BBQ and fire pit exactly as advertised and it’s in a wonderful location in close proximity to the beach, shops and super market. This was our first post Covid vacation and it was a wonderful respite for all of us.

Incredible home

We spent fourth of July weekend at this home. We were three adults and four kids under seven. The house was incredibly clean, awesome layout, fully equipped kitchen and grill and a really short walk to a great beach. The lawn was wonderful for the kids to run around and play. There’s a fire pit in the backyard which was very fun for everybody.The hosts were very responsive and attentive to our questions. Very short drive to downtown ChathamAnd other amenities. I would highly recommend this house for any Cape Cod getaway.

First time to the Cape

Perfect home for a family vacation. We are a family of 5 with 3 young boys and the house was more than adequate for space and sleeping arrangements. Could easily handle a bigger group/family than ours. It felt like a home away from home for us which really adds to an overall vacation experience. Very convenient location to the beach, restaurants, downtown Chatham and the bayside towns and beaches. We would certainly stay here again!

We’ll equipped charming house!!

We had a great stay in Chatham. Loved our house that had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, and so was the entire home. Owners were super easy to work with!! Downtown Chatham is a 10 minute drive and really charming. Lots of great restaurants in the local area, too! My only caveat is that if you are staying during a really hot part of the year, there is only A/C in the bedrooms and not throughout the house. This wasn’t really an issue, but prevented us from wanting to cook at night or eat meals at the house. Side patio is lovely and really nice to hang out in the morning or night.

Home away from home is an understatement here

This house is very comfortable and well furnished. The deck is nice and big with a nice grill that allows you to spend some time outside The beach is 15 Min walk amongst beautiful homes. The supermarkets and gas station/liquor store are 6 Min drive away So In other words if you are looking to spend some time at the cape where you can just feel like you are in your own house I totally recommend to stay here ...

Wonderful house close to 3 great beaches 🌊

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. There was lots of room for all seven of us to enjoy and have some private space as well. The decor was so cute and the gift basket was a wonderful surprise. We could easily walk to Pleasant Street beach, red river beach, or Forest Beach. Thanks for providing a few beach towels and chairs to make our stay more enjoyable. There are two TVs but we never turned them on, just enjoyed the beautiful deck and the cool Cape atmosphere. Each bedroom had a window air conditioner which kept us cool on a few hot sticky nights. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to save a lot of money by eating at home most of the time. There is a great barbecue grill on the deck and also a patio set with an umbrella and owners provided citronella candles to keep away any bugs. We will definitely be back, we love the Cape! This is a great house would not hesitate to use it again! LianeB from Arizona

We are a married couple who purchased this home in March 2018. We live full-time in Boston and work in the legal and financial fields. Katie grew up going to her family home in Harwich Port and always dreamed of buying a Cape house of her own. Josh is originally from Toronto, but often vacationed on Cape Cod with family. In addition to being a private equity maven, Josh had the renovation skills to make Katie's HGTV design dreams come true!

We fell in love with the exposed beam ceiling in the bright and sunny living room. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for scenic walks. Can't beat an 8-minute walk to the beach!
