Amazing Views!

Beautiful property-great location, very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and amazing views. Had our morning coffee looking out over Lake Dillon and Grey's and Torrey's Peaks. Property manager was lovely and quick to respond with questions.

The condo is perfectly situated right on the bike path around Lake Dillon. You can see the sailboats and kayakers go by. Well supplied kitchen; good communication with property manager. We will be back.

Weekend Ski trip

Excellent location and great view. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Very good communication prior to arrival so easy to find and access. Would like to have had larger Towels for the Hot tub. Definitely recommend.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at this property! The views from the place were absolutely stunning—every morning, we were greeted with breathtaking mountain scenery. The location couldn’t have been better, with the ski resort just a short drive away, making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The space itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax after a day of skiing. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

This place has amazing views!!!! And the place is great. The only thing I didn't love was the bed - it wasn't very comfortable and squeaked when rolling over.

Nice condo with a fantastic view of the mountains and Lake Dillon.

This is a very nice condo. Only thing I’d upgrade would be a smart tv in the living area.

Spectacular views, great condo.

This condo has all you need for a comfortable stay, plus wonderful views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. Frisco’s bike path circling the lake is just outside, making easy access for walking, paddle boarding, or kayaking too. Whether you want to be active or just read and take in the gorgeous views while sitting on the private balcony, you’ll like this place.

The property is very nice. We saw two moose the first night there!! (Although I understand that is very rare) Living room furniture is worn, but it is nicely stocked and easy access. One item I did not pay attention to, but should have figured out— the garage access is by going outdoors only.

Comfort, convenience, unbelievable views

Here for a long weekend that did not disappoint. The condo is clean and comfy with spectacular mountain views out of every window. We saw fox several times, and coyotes too.There are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from or a well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in. The location is central to all the resorts, shopping, hiking/biking trails, and other area activities. The contact with the management company was quick and easy. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

Clean, Spacious, Great Location & Views

Frisco is my favorite location to get to all the Summit Co. & surrounding resorts. The condo is on the 6th floor with no one above you, so you WILL NOT have to deal with people stomping around above you. While I was there, it was very quiet. It was just me and a buddy, so we had more than enough space. The master bedroom is very spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom was still adequately sized for two people. The closets had plenty of hangers, with extra blankets, etc. The dressers had lots of rooms to unpack. The kitchen seemed well stocked, although we didn't use it much, and the furnishings were comfortable. The views from the condo are fantastic, particularly in the morning. The garage was a great bonus. It was very spacious and nice to have a clean and warm vehicle to start the day. Get fueled up at the Butterhorn Bakery & Cafe on Main St. I recommend the Eggy Bread French Toast. Unfortunately, we had to end the trip a day early because I snapped my left clavicle in half for the 2nd time in 15 months. I reached out to the proper manager with a question due to our early departure and she texted back first thing the next morning.

Beware the unknown

Not my usual VRBO experience but had some major problems with this rental. Worst issues were being provided with the wrong access codes to the property and a promised garage for our vehicle that had a broken door opener - something that the property manager knew prior to our arrival but was not communicated to us. Also it was never fixed during our stay. Only other issue was a lack of AC though I simply missed that on the listing since I didn't assume it was necessary. However it had been hot before we arrived and the unit inside was at 82 degrees - a bit stifling. Took about 2 hours for open windows to cool it down but the sun can be quite intense there so lots of passive solar heating takes place. A working garage door and correct access codes would have made this an otherwise good stay.

We enjoyed staying here. The condo was well-stocked and very clean. Well in advance of travel, we received check-in instructions as well as a phone number and email for a contact person. Very helpful.

Pics don’t do it justice

To reiterate my title, the pics do not this place justice! The views are legit. Front, back, side. Everywhere, every room. My little fam stayed here for two weeks at the beginning of September and it was an absolute DREAM✨ Not only was the place sparkling clean upon arrival but Evolve support was quick to respond when one of mini blind draw strings snapped on us. Location was PERFECT, access to local shops, food, and the trial. My one year old couldn’t get enough of squealing in excitement every morning from the balcony. 10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again!

Gorgeous views, garage + parking spot, central location.

Our 2nd stay here did not disappoint. Bike path just behind the building, Frisco main street and marina a mile a way. This well used and very clean unit has unbeatable views to the East and South from the living areas and west from the bedrooms. Firm beds, clean pillows, enough towels for the people indicated in the reservation. Plenty of cookware. Lots of time sitting at the bistro table and chairs on the balcony. Plentiful, fast hot water for showers. Comfortable seating in the spacious living room. No A/C but it cools down at night at 9000 feet altitude. Good cross-breeze with windows open. Bring a fan if you want more airflow. Excellent lighting in bedrooms, kitchen. Livingroom could use brighter lighting for reading at night. Dining table seats six, and the small desk with office chair was great for our laptop. We'll stay here again.

Breathtaking Views

We loved this unit! The listing does not quite do it justice. The corner unit made for incredible views of the mountains (especially at sunrise) and the location was great for access to activities throughout the area. It was sparkling clean and well-kept, with a well-stocked kitchen including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We’d definitely come back!

Loved it!

The condo is spacious and well stocked (reminder to bring your own soap for showers). The view is fantastic, watching the sunrise each morning with the fireplace on was my favorite part. It’s on the 6th floor, so elevator is needed to go to the car. Frisco is a really cute town with Safeway, Walmart, restaurants and Starbucks very close by. This condo is in a great location, is clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Gorgeous View!

The condo was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. It's nice to have a garage to park in. The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The best part are the amazing views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains! The balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. One evening we saw a fox playing in the grass below.
