Ground floor: Private bedroom with ensuite bath and its own entry—ideal for one guest, multi-gen, or anyone seeking extra privacy.

Second floor: Open-plan living, dining & gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, gas range, quartz countertops and large island—great for cooking and gathering. Durable luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.

Top floor: Elegant primary suite with oversized shower, double vanity, walk-in closet, and a secondary bedroom with its own full bath. Third floor offers a balcony off the living area.

✔ Your registered guest count includes all visitors and overnight guests. With accurate information, your quote includes $25/ per guest per night after the 10th guest. If the guest count increases after booking, fees may apply. NOTE: $100 penalty per person per night for unauthorized guests.
✔ Our home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $30/night for 1st pet and $20/night for each additional pet.
✔ Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable. (depending on the platform).
✔ Guests below 25 years old may require approval and additional $500 security deposit
✔ Welcome call and signed rental agreement with ID are required. Rules are enforced including no parties, quiet hours, no smoking inside the house, and no illegal activities.
These are the 5 important points from our rental agreement.
1) The house is in a quiet neighborhood, parties are strictly not allowed, and quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.
2) Guest count includes visitors and overnight guests. With accurate input, your quote already includes $25/ per guest per night after the 10th guest. If the guest count increases, fees may apply. NOTE: $100 penalty for each unauthorized guest.
3) The security deposit is $500. That`s paid though Airbnb and fully refundable after check-out with no damages.
4) For full disclosure: We have RING cameras outside, and noise-aware sensors inside and outside. For guest privacy, there are no recording or monitoring devices inside the home.
5) Signed rental agreement. welcome call & ID are required. Rules are enforced including no smoking inside and no illegal activities.
