Porta Fortuna Villa 6 was thoughtfully designed for connection, comfort, and relaxation. With four spacious bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements—including pull-out beds beneath each queen-size bed—this villa is ideal for large families, group getaways, retreats, or special celebrations.



Mornings begin effortlessly by your private pool, enjoying a fresh coffee with tranquil mountain views, while evenings invite you to gather around the outdoor grill and dining area, perfect for long, memorable meals under the golden Punta Mita sunset.



Inside, the villa showcases a seamless blend of modern architecture and tropical textures, creating an ambiance that feels both luxurious and inviting. Open spaces, natural light, and refined finishes are designed to offer privacy, comfort, and effortless indoor-outdoor living.

Guest Access:

As a guest of Villa Porta Fortuna, you will enjoy the privileges of a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, providing access to an exclusive collection of world-class amenities within the community.



This membership includes access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each set along stunning beachfront locations and offering full restaurant service, all available to vacation rental guests.



In addition, you will have access to two exceptional Jack Nicklaus–designed golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, as well as the Tennis Center, Fitness Center(available from 12:00pm - 6:00pm), and over four miles of scenic walking and jogging trails throughout Punta Mita. (Additional Fees may apply)

Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time Access Fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Punta Mita’s gated resort community, Porta Fortuna is known for its peaceful atmosphere, manicured landscapes, and proximity to some of the best amenities in the area. Just a short golf cart ride away are Punta Mita’s exclusive beach clubs—Kupuri, Pacifico, and Sufi Ocean Club—as well as boutique shopping, fine dining, and the charm of the Punta Mita village.



Getting Around:

A 6-seater golf cart is provided for your convenience—perfect for cruising to the beach, exploring the village, or heading to a nearby club for sunset drinks. Private airport transportation is recommended for arrival, and once you’re here, everything you need is just minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.



Cancellation Policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.

After 10pm, loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level.

Eating in the pool is not allowed.


No food in bedrooms.

The standard capacity of the property is 8 people. However, upon request, a maximum of 8 adults + 4 children under 12 years old can be accepted. If you wish to book with this number of people, please contact us before confirming your reservation to validate availability and conditions.

No pets allowed.
