Everyone will enjoy downtown access from this Victorian duplex. Benefits of this area include multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. This home is located inside the designated outdoor refreshment area within town, where patrons are allowed to walk around freely with open containers. There is ample on street parking directly in front of the home available. Sprawl out in the spacious two bedroom area.
This is a second story unit that does have stairs. This property is non-smoking and no pets.
The owner does have 1 cat in the adjoining space.

The property is 22 miles from Fort Wayne International Airport.

The third bedroom with the twin bed will be accessible only if there are more than 6 guests.
The property address on Google Maps does show as being the bank directly next door for some reason. The property address is on the front door to clearly mark the space.

This Victorian home was built in 1890. I have tried to furnish the space with pieces from that era when possible to keep the historic nature about the space.
