The heart of the villa features a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances and a spectacular breakfast bar - ideal for entertaining or working remotely. Each of the three generously sized bedrooms includes an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. The dedicated office space comes fully equipped with a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for digital nomads. Outside, your private infinity pool awaits, surrounded by contemporary sundeck furniture and lush tropical gardens. An outdoor shower adds a refreshing touch after your pool sessions. • This is a private residential villa. No parties, events, loud music, or unregistered guests at any time.
• Suitable for families and responsible groups only.
• Quiet hours must be respected, especially in the evenings and at night.
• Non-smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
• Marijuana/cannabis use inside the villa is strictly prohibited. If odor or evidence is found, penalties may apply.
• Electricity is charged at 7 THB per kWh (metered; readings photographed at check-in and check-out).
• Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, excessive mess, or missing items.
• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early/late requests subject to availability.
