2-bedroom apartment in pleasant North Miami Beach with AC

Located in a quiet residential area, this unit offers great convenience—0.5 miles from Super Walmart, Home Depot, Ross, and local dining. LA Fitness is nearby, with quick access to I-95, Biscayne Blvd, and Sunny Isles Beach. Centrally positioned between Miami and Fort Lauderdale and both major airports, this location is ideal for travel, work trips, temporary stays and people relocating. The space
This is an 839 sq. ft condo built in 1962. The space is most comfortable for 1 or 2 guests, but a 3rd guest can be accommodated in the second bedroom, which has a standard twin bed. The twin works well for a medium-sized adult (tested personally), or for a child. If your group has 3 adults, please message me before booking so I can ensure the sleeping setup works for you. One small well trained dog is welcomed with prior approval.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire unit, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living areas. Laundry is available on-site and free parking is included.

You can enjoy the Royal Glades Canal walking path just steps away—great for walking, running, biking, or fishing, with beautiful nighttime reflections on the water. Guests may also use the brand-new outdoor workout equipment all along the canal.

Please note the on-site pool is currently closed, but Victory Park Pool is only 1 mile away and offers a public pool with a water slide, a small kids’ play area, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

Other things to note
This is an older, classic Miami-style condominium building with a relaxed, residential feel. You may see sweet little ducks wandering over from the nearby canal—they’re adorable and part of the charm here! Just one small favor: please don’t feed them. When they get too excited, they tend to leave… “souvenirs” on the sidewalk.
