This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Whistler Village North is steps from Marketplace Centre, shops, restaurants, and just 8 minutes to the gondolas. It boasts a custom bunk room, fresh new furnishings, and thoughtful decor throughout. Enjoy a full kitchen, gas fireplace, private balcony, underground parking, and access to a shared building hot tub. Perfect for skiing, hiking, or relaxing with nearby trails like Lost Lake. Steps from Olympic Plaza with festivals, amenities, and activities!
There is only the one parking spot. You may find street parking or paid parking offsite any other spots are not ours and you will get ticketed and towed as they are really fast and you will have no warning from the towing company. Our unit includes one spot number 4.

Located in the heart of Whistler, you can park the car in the secured underground and walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, Fresh St. Market, and the Olympic Plaza. Lost Lake and the Valley Trail is an easy walk, and in the winter, jump on the free shuttle to Whistler Blackcomb and then after a day on the slopes, relax in the outdoor hot tub.

Route 4 - Marketplace Shuttle to and from the Gondola Transit Exchange (mid November to April)
Route 5 - Upper Village/Benchlands Shuttle from the Gondola Transit Exchange to Blackcomb Base Lodge and the Benchlands (year round)
*Primary renters must be 25+ years of age.
*No pets allowed as per strata regulations.
*No Smoking or Vaping on or in the property. Includes tobacco and cannabis products.
* Air conditioning Portable units (fans provided for summer months)
* Common area hot tub use at your discretion (may close due to maintenance or health & safety)

Master Bed: 2 on King bed.
Second bedroom: 4 on double bunks
Living room: 2 on couch bed.
Absolutely no parties permitted. Strict noise regulation with HOA/Strata/Condo board. Immediate action and cancellation for large numbers/ parties or noise during quiet times by onsite security. Zero tolerance please review Airbnb guidelines.
