Cozy Lakefront Getaway w/ Docks and Kayaks

Newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms for adults plus a kids play/bunk room with 4 bunk beds, with wonderful outdoor living space and short walk to deep water dock with party deck.

Single slip dock + upper sundeck. The dock slip can be arranged for use with prior notice, and a fee may be charged.

- 3 bedrooms, 1 play room with bunks, 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the main level with a king bed, flat screen tv, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. There are two secondary bedrooms with queen beds which are also on the main level and share a bathroom. The kids play room is downstairs and has 4 bunk beds (200 lb max weight per bed) and a bathroom with a shower.

- 2 family rooms. The upstairs coffee table opens up to desk height for a dedicated workspace.

- Single slip dock + upper sundeck. The dock slip can be arranged for use with prior notice. 2, 1 person kayaks are available for use at this time.

- Deck covered porch, featuring 6 seat dining table, 2 chaise lounges, hammock, and outdoor tv with couches and coffee table.

- Open floorplan with fully stocked chef’s kitchen: granite countertops, full sized stainless steel appliances, essential spices, cooking oils, and a coffee/ tea station with Keurig machine and kettle. 6 seat dining table and bar area at kitchen with 3 additional seats.
