This home is located in Italian Village which gives you the peace and quiet you want while sleeping, with quick access to high street or surrounding areas that cater the best nightlife, restaurants and shopping that Columbus has to offer.

Guests can easily travel via Uber and Lyft as well as the scooter sharing programs (Bird & Lime) made available in Columbus or may choose to walk one block on Summit/4th Street to catch the local bus routes. The Loft also allows for quick access to the main highways in Columbus.
No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Guests & Occupancy
Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.

Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.

Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.

Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
