Conch Nation 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath Gulfside Home with Dockage

Welcome to Conch Nation, a comfortable single-family home located on the Gulfside of Marathon. This property offers convenient water access and a private dock, perfect for guests who want to enjoy boating, fishing, or simply relaxing by the canal.

The home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families or groups. The master bedroom includes a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. The remaining three bedrooms each have a queen bed. The hallway bathroom offers a shower/tub combo, while the third bathroom is located on the ground level as an en suite and also features a shower/tub combo.

Inside, you'll find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, perfect for a laid-back Keys stay.

Outside, enjoy the private dock for your boat or kayak and relax on the back patio overlooking the canal. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the water.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
