This means some services, like daily housekeeping, are not included as part of your stay. Prior to your arrival, we provide a professionally cleaned apartment with all the essentials you'll need to get started, so you can settle in and enjoy your time. If you wish during your stay to have the apartment cleaned or fresh towels and linens provided, you can make this request and will provide you with a quote.



Check-In and Booking Policy

To ensure a safe and secure stay for all of our guests, we have a strict no third-party bookings allowed policy. This means the person who made the reservation must be a guest during the entire stay. You can not use your account to reserve for other persons. We will also ask all guests to complete a quick ID check through our secure onboarding app, which helps us ensure a smooth and safe check-in for everyone.



Parking:

Once you reserve the apartment, and before your arrival, you will need to confirm if you require parking.



Guest Access:

The apartment has a private entrance, located within the building. Ahead of your arrival and to ensure everything goes smoothly, we will send you detailed instructions for where to go for check-in, the apartment and floor number, and the code to the keyless lock. After check-in at the lobby, you will use the numeric code we provide to enter the apartment. We'll send you all of the specific check-in instructions before your arrival and we will be available to you for all messages to make sure you have a quick check-in.



Your Private Space:

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, including amazing floor to ceilings to see the incredible yachts sail by, the waters of Marina, and the amazingly lit buildings at night. The kitchen is equipped with thing you need to cook your own meals, and you'll also have access to a washer for your convenience.
