3 week Winter vacation

We enjoyed our stay, it is a nice area but a little far from the beach, more than 6 minutes…. The hosts were super responsive to any of our requests. We enjoyed the pool and the house.

Only problem was front door … worked at times. We really enjoyed the pool, grill & amenities. Vacation my grandchildren will remember for a lifetime.

What a surprise

The pictures of the property do not do it justice. Beautiful home with clean white tile on the floor. Amazing in ground pool was a relief from the heat. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Will def be booking here again in the future.

Perfect Bachelorette!

This spacious VRBO was absolutely perfect for our bachelorette trip! The host went above and beyond, graciously allowing us to check in early and check out late, which made our stay even more relaxed. The pool and backyard were ideal for hanging out, and the living room comfortably fit all eight of us for games and TV marathons. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and the neighbors were super friendly. The bride had an unforgettable time, and we created memories that will last a lifetime!

Not Really That Stunning

This house is poorly maintained and minimally furnished. You can tell there is no HOA in the neighborhood as homeowners have varying degrees of ownership pride. The house has overgrown foliage, weeds coming through the pavers in the unkept pool area, outdoor furniture thats left exposed to the elements causing moldy/wet cushions and a disgustingly dirty grill. The kitchen is has no matching dishes, thrift store finds for pots and pans, no detergent, dishcloths, dishwasher pods, 1/2 roll of paper towels and two trash bags. The refrigerator does not cool properly. Neither does the AC. One guest rooms was so hot, we had to sleep on the sofa. The utility closet door is off track so we could not open it to check. The bedrooms are aligned down a slender hallway thats needs paint. We had a wheelchair bound guest we had to carry in the bathroom because the door about 18" wide. The owners of this property are involved in an ongoing dispute with the City and the front door is tagged with a code violation notice. The front door sticks and may not open after the code is entered without extra effort. There is an ongoing dispute with the neighbors that borderlines harassment. They are watching for anything to report. Property Management calls them "nosey". This property was so disappointing I told VRBO to take it off the platform. Kevin offered me $300 to not write this review. Thats not enough to let somebody else pay thousands to find out what we learned the hard way. Buyer beware.

I sent my team of managers down to Ft. Lauderdale for 2 weeks for training and certification and the location of this property was perfect! Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Thank you!

My stay at Coral Ridge

The house was nice and in a good location. However, early in the morning after we arrived, we noticed a broken pipe in the back yard and water was going down the street and flooded the back yard. Immediately we sent pictures and reported the incident to the host, Kevin. They fixed the pipe but late that night we received a message from the host stating that our reservation was cancelled for not following the house rules, that we were supposed to leave the property by Sunday at 6:00 p.m. and that they were going to change the key code. We never new the reason related to the rules they say we broke. We arrived Friday afternoon with family members coming from overseas. After several messages with Xavier , we were able to stay but had to pay an additional $159.00 for CC fee. This should have never happened. We opened a case and until we receive explanation, we will never book anything through Vrbo. I am sharing my story with people so they know that this could happen to them.

The home was very nice. But not clean.

When we entered the home it looked nice, but once my family settled in, there were ants in the one bathroom and bedroom. More importantly there was dirt or mold, under the rim of the bathroom sinks, master bath, doors and just overall. Dining room vent all mold. Outside grounds were not groomed. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent. House was in a nice location and convenient for my family to visit, but I would of expected a little more emphasis on cleaning below surface.
