Our issues are not with this location but with the host: We reserved this location but where switched to a different location due to the host reporting a last minute maintenance issue. We got notification of this while boarding our flight. When we booked we made sure to have a king size bed but were switched to a location with a queen bed. The new location was farther from where we wanted to be and seemed to be in a less desirable neighborhood. The new location did not look anything like this original listing. There was visible dirt and dust on the ceiling fan, bathroom light switch, the thermostat, the louvered bedroom door, the baseboards, etc. The refrigerator door handle was sticky and the living room coffee table had a sticky substance on it. The bathroom was filthy: there were hairs stuck to the side of the vanity, there was filth including soap scum and hair between the sink faucet and the backsplash, and the shower controls were loose and almost falling off when we tried to adjust the temperature.We contacted the host and were told the night manager would be there within the hour. After 80 minutes and no one showing, we told the host we were calling it a night due to having been awake for 21 hours and travelling. The host stated someone was on the way, and we stated we were going to bed and we were not waiting any longer. (The bed itself was actually clean) we have never had to deal with anything like this before with vrbo and hope to never again
