Welcome to White Sands Beach Retreat, a beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-full bath, and 2 half-bath home, which is sound front with direct sound access. Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat offers stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound and is just a 4-minute walk to the Gulf beaches.

The main living floor features an open-concept layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a closet full of board games, a dining table, a balcony access facing the sound, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You will also find a guest bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and one of the half-baths. On the third floor, you will find the primary suite, which has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom and balcony, a queen-sized bedroom, a guest bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle, the second full-bath, and the second half-bath. All rooms have smart TVs for your nights in!

Enjoy evenings in the gorgeous backyard with a fire pit, play area, and a private path to the Santa Rosa Sound.
