The space:

The primary Bedroom has a King-size bed with an attached bath. The 2nd bedroom has a King, also with an attached full bath and a large workstation with an office chair. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a full bath located right outside the twin bedroom for access from the living room/kitchen area as well. TVs in each bedroom. The living room has a brand new full sofa, a love seat, and an additional chair for ample seating room. The unit sleeps 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to make yourself at home, including a washer and dryer.

The unit is professionally cleaned after each use.

True Blue golf course is world-class and a walkable neighborhood. Caledonia is approximately 3 minutes away. Both courses are top notch and there are numerous other courses in the area to choose from. The on-site amenities are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ area, golfing right on site, and beach within 5 min.

We provide sheets, blankets, pillows, extra pillows, bath towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, starter toilet paper in each bath, and a starter roll of paper towels in the kitchen, with garbage bags in each garbage can. Cleaning supplies are also stocked for guests' convenience.

The outside closet is stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, and other basic beach paraphernalia for your convenience.

New flooring was installed Jan of 2024 to remove all carpeting from unit.
