Welcome to Wind & Sea, a bright and breezy retreat tucked into one of Santa Rosa Beach’s most inviting 30A communities. Here, scenic paths, coastal cottages, and a relaxed neighborhood energy set the tone for effortless beach living. You’re close to Gulf Place, local cafés, boutique shops, and the sugar-sand shoreline that draws travelers from around the world—making this home an ideal base for families and groups eager to enjoy everything 30A has to offer.
Inside, Wind & Sea opens into a sun-filled, open-concept living area where soft coastal tones, warm textures, and thoughtful décor create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The living room centers around a comfortable sofa, lounge seating, and a large TV—perfect for slow mornings or cozy evenings after exploring the coast. The dining table seats six, while the spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for four, and plenty of room to cook and gather as a group.
Wind & Sea comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across three stylish bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The primary suite offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom, blending natural light with serene finishes to create a relaxing retreat. A second king bedroom provides equal comfort for additional adults or couples. The third bedroom is set up with groups in mind, featuring two double beds and a twin trundle, ideal for kids, teens, or mixed parties of travelers. A shared full bathroom and two half baths ensure everyone has space to get ready.
Laundry needs are covered with an in-home washer and dryer, making long stays and beach days easier.
Step outside to enjoy peaceful mornings on the porch, casual grilling sessions on the BBQ, and convenient clean-ups after shore time thanks to the outdoor shower. If you’d like easier access to the beach or nearby hotspots, golf cart rentals are available—a great way to explore local favorites, reach beach access points, or cruise over to Gulf Place.
Just a 5-minute walk brings you to the resort-style community pool, complete with an outdoor kitchen, TV, waterfalls, seasonally heated sections in November, December, March, and April, a hot tub, cozy fire pits, and convenient golf-cart parking.

Each town has its own character, so we encourage you to explore them all—from the quiet charm of Blue Mountain Beach to the iconic town center energy of Seaside.
Local Attractions: The Big Chill 30A, Gulf Place Plaza, Camp Helen State Park, Henderson Beach State Park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grayton Beach State Park, Alys Beach, Seaside Beach, Watercolor Beach.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
