Welcome to EastSide Sessions, a brand-new, designer-styled guest retreat in East Nashville and part of the ComeVisitNashville collection of boutique vacation rentals. Perched above a detached garage, this thoughtfully designed loft blends elevated country accents with modern comfort — a bright, inviting space created for two guests to relax and recharge.

As the weather cools, EastSide Sessions is especially cozy: sunlight filters through the living room skylights, soft textures add warmth, and every detail has been considered for comfort. It’s the perfect balance of style and ease in one of Nashville’s most walkable neighborhoods.

RELAX & RECHARGE
The private bedroom features a plush queen bed, bold statement wallpaper, blackout shades, and a Smart TV. A versatile desk doubles as a workspace or vanity, ideal for remote work or getting ready for a night out. The full bathroom includes a spacious shower, fluffy towels, and starter toiletries.

GATHER & UNWIND
The skylit living room offers cozy seating under natural light and a Smart TV for streaming your favorites. A small dining nook for two provides a comfortable spot for morning coffee, casual meals, or a laptop session.

WELL-STOCKED KITCHEN
Though compact, the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and the essentials for easy meal prep. A Keurig coffee station with starter supplies makes mornings simple and enjoyable. There is even a stunning barware station for enjoying a cocktail or glass of wine.

THOUGHTFUL TOUCHES
Guests enjoy in-unit laundry with starter detergent, lightning-fast GFiber WiFi, and dedicated parking directly beside the private entrance, with additional free street parking available. The home is dog-friendly (pet fee applies), making it a great choice for travelers bringing their four-legged companions.

LOCATION + CONVENIENCE
EastSide Sessions is set in a quiet, walkable pocket of East Nashville, surrounded by some of the city’s best cafés, restaurants, and neighborhood bars. Downtown’s honky-tonks, arenas, and iconic music landmarks are just a short drive away.



HOUSE RULES


We want every guest to have a great experience. These house rules help us keep things safe, respectful, and running smoothly. Failure to follow them may result in extra charges—or, in rare cases, early termination of your stay without a refund.

📝 Rental Agreement
Please sign the digital agreement within 48 hours of booking—or right away if you’re arriving within 5 days. If it isn’t signed, your stay may be canceled as a guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy.

🏡 Be Thoughtful
Treat the home like it belongs to your favorite aunt and uncle. Clean up after yourself, and leave things as you found them.

🚫 No Shenanigans
No drugs, illegal activity, unregistered guests, or parties. Breaking this rule may result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Let’s not go there.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside. Absolutely no lighting up indoors.

🏘️ Be a Good Neighbor
Keep noise down after dark and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashville's quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.

🐾 Be a Responsible Pet Owner
Up to 2 well-behaved, potty-trained dogs are welcome for $25 each per night—just let us know in advance. There is no yard access at the property. Keep your pups leashed outside the home and clean up after them. Furniture must stay pet-free unless covered with sheets you bring. No other animals allowed.

💁🏻‍♀️ Guests Count + Age Requirement
The primary guest must be 21+, stay the entire time, and take responsibility for the stay. Max occupancy is firm at 2, and only those listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No additional visitors for any length of time. Middle TN residents must request approval before booking or are subject to cancellation. Families and kids are welcome, but the home is not child-proofed.

For your safety and ours, two cameras are actively recording: one at your parking pad and a doorbell cam at your entry.

🛠️ Keep Us in the Loop
Accidents happen. Let us know right away if something breaks or gets damaged so we can take care of it quickly. We appreciate your honesty.

🧰 Maintenance + Repairs
We’ll handle repairs as quickly as possible. If something can’t be restored to livable standards (as determined by us), we’ll do our best to relocate you or refund unused nights. However, we’re not responsible for covering alternate accommodations.

💼 Liability Disclaimer
We’re not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or lost items. Guests accept all risk during their stay and are liable for any damage they cause.

🥳 No Glitter
This is a confetti- and glitter-free zone. Seriously, y’all. (We’re as surprised as you are that it needs to be said.)

Our nightly rate covers 2 guests or less. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 2.

We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 each per night. Please let us know ahead of arrival if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.)

Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy.

Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee.

The guest house is located above the garage, so climbing steps is required. For your safety and ours, two cameras are actively recording: one at your parking pad and a doorbell cam at your entry.

We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals.
