Ideally located on the Route d'Amizmiz, 10 minutes from Marrakech city center, this new villa, delivered in early 2024, can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It features 1 living room with TV opening onto a cathedral dining room and an open-plan kitchen with a central island. On the ground floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom, plus 1 guest toilet. The first floor includes 4 bedrooms with double beds, storage space, large wardrobes (dressings), and 4 terraces, as well as 3 bathrooms.
Balinese-style pool + garden.

Key Information and House Rules
Before booking, please read the house rules and note that the villa is equipped with a surveillance camera system at the entrance door, the garden, and the swimming pool. Please also note the presence of the caretaker on site 24/7.
This elegant contemporary-style villa, with Californian facades and a Balinese pool, can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Property Breakdown:
Interior: 1 living room with TV opening onto a cathedral dining room, an open-plan kitchen with a central island, 5 double bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, 4 upstairs), 4 bathrooms with toilets, and 1 guest toilet.
Bedrooms: All 5 double bedrooms include a TV and a terrace (one upstairs has a large wardrobe/dressing).
Kitchens: The property includes 2 kitchens: 1 open-plan kitchen inside with a central island and 1 outdoor kitchen.
Exteriors: Private swimming pool with terrace, lounge area, garden furniture, and barbecue. A large, daily maintained, flower garden.
On-Site Assistance and Security:
A caretaker is present on site 24/7 to assist and support you during your stay, occupying a private annex in the garden.
The property is located within a private, high-end, secure residence with controlled entry by the security team.
Surveillance cameras are present at the entrance door, in the garden, and by the pool.

House Rules and Legal Obligations
Dear guests,
Thank you for choosing our accommodation for your stay in Marrakech. To ensure a pleasant experience, please read the House Rules, which must be known and respected by all travelers in your booking group to avoid any issues with the platform and the local Police.
HOUSE RULES:
It is your responsibility to communicate the House Rules to every member of your booking group so that they are all fully aware of the accommodation rules and the risks involved in case of non-compliance:
1. In compliance with Moroccan law, every traveler in your booking group must present their passport upon entry into the accommodation, complete an information form for the local authorities, and sign the House Rules, which they commit to respecting. Should a member of your booking group refuse to comply with these legal obligations, the Host reserves the right to refuse access to the accommodation to your entire booking group.
2. It is forbidden to host external people not included in your booking group in the accommodation.
3. It is forbidden to organize parties in the accommodation or to cause noise pollution that may disturb the tranquility of the residence and the neighbors. During the day, playing loud music or making excessive noise is strictly prohibited.
4. Guests must comply with Moroccan law; only married Moroccan couples may rent the accommodation. This law does not apply to non-Moroccan nationals.
5. It is strictly forbidden to host prostitutes in the accommodation. In case of violation of this rule, travelers will be solely responsible for their actions towards the Police and the Moroccan Justice authorities, and they alone will bear the consequences: filing a complaint with the Court of Justice, criminal sanctions, convictions, and fines.
6. The accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking is forbidden throughout the accommodation (indoor/outdoor areas).
7. It is forbidden to bring illegal substances into the accommodation.
8. Quiet hours must be respected from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
9. Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation.
10. No commercial or advertising photography or video is authorized inside the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with these rules, the Host reserves the right to terminate your reservation without refund. Should guests refuse to vacate the accommodation within a maximum of 4 hours, the Host reserves the right to request the legal expulsion of the travelers by the local Police.
In the event of a serious accident or death in the accommodation, regardless of the causes and circumstances, the Company and the Owner cannot be held responsible, and the tenants waive their right to file a complaint or request damages or compensation from the Company and the Owner.
Other Rules to Understand and Respect:
- Check-in: Your welcome and key handover is to be scheduled together between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the day of your arrival. To respect the stay and tranquility of the previous group of travelers and to allow our housekeeping team time to clean and prepare the accommodation, you cannot enter the property earlier.
- Check-out: Your departure is scheduled for 10:00 AM on your departure day. To respect the stay and tranquility of the next group of travelers and to allow our housekeeping team time to clean the accommodation after your departure, you cannot leave the property later.
- Please check your airport landing and takeoff times. Your arrival and departure times must respect the hours our team is available to welcome you. We do not have luggage storage space before your arrival or after your departure.
- To offer you the best possible experience, please understand that logistical organization is important. Please provide us with your arrival and departure times as soon as your reservation is confirmed so we can jointly plan your check-in and check-out.
- The accommodation must be maintained in good condition throughout your stay. If needed, we can provide our cleaning team (paid service).
- In case of property damage, breakages, or electrical/plumbing problems, please inform us immediately for a quick intervention. Depending on the circumstances of damage or breakage, the Host reserves the right to request reimbursement from the travelers.
- Only the equipment and supplies mentioned in the listing are present in the accommodation: elevator, shower, air conditioning, freezer, kitchen, gas stove, hot water, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, paid parking outside the property, Wi-Fi. The Host cannot be blamed for the absence of equipment that is not indicated. You have the option to directly purchase the necessary equipment and supplies (water bottles, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, iron, salt, pepper, spices, baking paper for the oven, cooking utensils, clothes drying rack, etc.) at the supermarket during your stay.
- Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that you have turned off all electronic devices and lights when leaving the accommodation.
- We can also provide 1 cook and 1 housekeeper (paid services).
