Important Things To Note:

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book!

I would highly recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance during the winter months. It is for your protection in the event of inclement weather and you are unable to travel.

SMOKING or VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE CABIN! IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE CABIN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $300 TO HAVE THE CABIN TREATED.

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR UNDERAGE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!

NO HOUSE PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC WILL BE TOLERATED!

DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE! Moving furniture can cause damage to the furniture and to the flooring, not to mention someone can get hurt doing so. If you have a request regarding the furniture arrangement, please request permission from the Host or CoHost. There will be a fee charged for moving furniture without permission from the Host or CoHost.

You are provided with a start up of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. This is usually enough to get you through the 1st night of your stay. You are responsible for providing any extra items you may need for the remainder of your stay.

We do not provide charcoal for the grill. You can pick that up in local grocery and convenience stores.

Ladybugs are protected in the Smokies, so pest control services are not an option. The National Park Service released millions of Asian lady beetles into the park to fight a tree-killing insect, so the Park Service won't allow spraying specifically for ladybugs. We often see them in the fall when we have cooler weather. They are attracted by the sun as they are looking for warmth.
