This is a multi-unit property: one unit on the lower level and one unit on the upper level.

You'll have access to the entire second floor (Upper level), thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.

Parking is included: one of two space on the driveway in the back. The one space on the left side when facing the back of the property.

The back yard is shared so we kindly ask for consideration when using this space.

There is no laundry room in the unit. Just a short drive to the laundromat.

Welcome to our cozy second floor unit retreat! You'll have access to the entire second floor, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.

There is another furnished rental downstairs and when occupied we kindly ask for consideration regarding noise levels. They share the front entrance which lead to their own unit downstairs. There are separate access to each unit in the back.

There is one driveway space in the back for your use during your stay. The driveway farthest to the garage. There is additional street parking that is free. The garages are locked and not available for guest use.

Self check-in is available for your convenience. We are accessible via VRBO messaging or phone for any assistance needed before, during or after your stay.
