The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet and sunny location. For shared use are available: garden shower, barbecue facility and courtyard.

The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
