-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors and the local community. No parties or events are allowed.

-No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is only allowed outside, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. A deep‑cleaning fee may apply if smoke is detected inside.

-Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight. Please contact us in advance if you need to add a guest to the reservation.

- 35 pounds or less with owner`s approval and $300-non refundable fee.

-Help us care for the home and the environment: keep doors and windows closed when the AC is on, and turn off lights, fans, and electronics when you go out.
