We’re originally from San Francisco and are passionate snowboarders who love exploring world-class ski resorts. After spending time skiing throughout Utah, we chose Sandy as both our home and investment for its easy access to multiple resorts, reliable winter driving conditions, and relaxed mountain lifestyle. As skiers ourselves, we understand what matters after a full day on the mountain—plenty of hot water, great coffee, a warm and comfortable space, and room to truly unwind. We host with intention and attention to detail, offering a polished, well-appointed retreat designed to make ski trips effortless and enjoyable.

We chose this neighborhood in Sandy for its rare balance of convenience, comfort, and access to the mountains. Located at the gateway to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, it offers quick, reliable access to multiple ski resorts without the challenges of staying up in the mountains. The area is quiet, safe, and residential, yet close to parks, cafés, grocery stores, and dining—making daily logistics effortless. After a day of skiing, we love coming back to a calm neighborhood with easy parking, peaceful evenings, and clear mountain views.
