Sleeping Accommodations:
1. Main floor bedroom with queen bed and window AC unit.
2. Second floor bedroom with queen bed, window AC unit and en suite.
3. Second floor bedroom with mini split AC unit and king bed.

Bathrooms:
1. Main floor bathroom with tub/shower.
2. Second floor en suite with tub/shower
3. Second floor bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.

There are several locked closets in the home for the owners belongings. The shed is off limits.

Hosts live nearby and are available as needed.

Noise & Neighbors
We have wonderful neighbors—let’s keep it that way! Please observe quiet hours after 9PM, especially when enjoying the outdoor areas.

Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors on the property.
If you must smoke, please do so inside your vehicle.

Pets
One dog is allowed with pet fee. Sorry, no cats allowed. We love them too—but this home is cat-free.

Guests & Gatherings
The number of guests must match your reservation.
No parties or events allowed.
Daytime visitors must be approved in advance.

Non-Refundable Reservations:
Some reservations are non-refundable because the guest selected the discounted non-refundable rate at checkout, or because the booking was made close to the arrival date and falls within Airbnb’s non-refundable window. After Airbnb’s standard 24-hour grace period (if applicable), no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be issued for any reason.

A FEW RULES...

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
No changes to check-in or check-out times are possible from Memorial Day through Labor Day, or on holidays. Outside of those dates, time adjustments may be possible with at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. An hourly fee may apply for significant changes.


We have awesome neighbors; help keep us awesome neighbors too.
- No parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house. Let Host know of daytime guests.
- No smoking inside the house or on the property.
- One dog is allowed with pet fee.
- No cats. I know, we love them too.
- No fireworks, firearms, ATV`s or hunting.
- Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM, keep outdoor noise to a minimum and indoor noise to a level where it cannot be heard outside.
