In the resort 200 m from the centre of Saint Aygulf, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: garden 1 ha (fenced) with plants and flowers, parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, shopping centre 4.5 km, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Saint-Aygulf La Poste" 350 m, railway station "Fréjus" 5 km, sandy beach "Calanque des Louvans" 30 m, park "ARECA" 800 m, diving center 6 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 6 km. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, sailing school 7 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand, Lunapark 5 km, Fréjus 6 km, St Raphael 8 km, St Tropez 29 km, Cannes 47 km, Nice 71 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Auron, Isola 2000 150 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de St Cassien 45 km, Lac du Du Verdon 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 16 km, Sentier du Littoral 30 m. Please note: no lift. Residence with electric gates.

Terrace 5 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n D16 (1 car). Please note: suitable for families. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence calme avec accès privé à la plage. Petit bémol cependant pour le store extérieur qui ne fonctionne pas alors que le soleil tape dès le matin sur la terrasse.

Beau petit T1 avec belle vue sur la mer et la verdure et doté d'un très agréable balcon. L'absence de chambre indépendante avec grand lit est partiellement compensée par un très bon lit pliant particulièrement facile à ouvrir/fermer. On regrette l'exiguïté de la SDB/WC. Ce logement convient surtout a deux personnes.

Dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié cette location La salle de bains mérite un petit rajeunissement surtout au niveau du pare douche. Le flexible aspirateur ne tient pas Le canapé lit est confortable et très facile d'utilisation.

Le gros bémol en plein été c'est le manque de climatisation ! Dommage par cette chaleur, sinon très belle vue et bien équipé pour 4 personnes, 2 adultes et 2 enfants
