This condo offers free parking, and is located steps from the free ski shuttle, making it an ideal base for exploring Vail Village and the surrounding area.

This includes both cozy bedrooms, the two full bathrooms, the open-plan living area with comfortable seating and a large TV, and the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Enjoy the mountain views and the soothing sounds of Gore Creek from the expansive patio. Free parking is also included for 2 vehicles. Please note that this is a private unit, there are no shared amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the tranquil East Vail neighborhood, Sundown offers a perfect blend of serenity and accessibility. Just steps from the free ski shuttle, you'll be whisked away to the world-class slopes of Vail in a mere 15 minutes. Beyond skiing, the area boasts stunning natural beauty, with hiking trails right at your doorstep, perfect for exploring the great outdoors. While East Vail offers a peaceful retreat, the vibrant Vail Village is easily accessible, offering a plethora of dining options, from casual eateries to upscale restaurants, and a diverse selection of shops and boutiques. There is one small grocery store in East Vail, Sim's Market. Otherwise, there is a Safeway and City Market located in West Vail, only about 12 minutes away.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze! You're steps from the free ski shuttle, whisking you to Vail Village in about 15 minutes. For those arriving by car, we offer free parking right on the premises. The Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Alternatively, the Colorado Mountain Express provides shuttle services to and from the airport. Public transportation options are readily available, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Whether you're heading to the slopes, exploring Vail Village, or venturing further afield, getting around from Sunwood is convenient and stress-free.

Please note the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises for TWO VEHICLES. We kindly ask that you respect our no-smoking policy. Pets are not allowed.
