The property unfolds around a central building featuring five spacious, independent suites, each with a private bathroom and individual climate control (air conditioning and heating). The fifth suite can also serve as a workspace or private office.

The central living room is the social heart of the masseria: an open-plan kitchen—equipped with both gas and induction cooktops—is perfect for preparing meals independently or hosting a private chef (upon request).
