Nestled in the heart of the forest, surrounded by the nearly untouched beauty of nature, the Wilde Auwaldhaus is located in the Zittau Mountains Nature Park, just a short walk from the charming health resort of Jonsdorf. Thanks to its secluded location, it is a peaceful oasis for a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life—ideal for those seeking to escape the demands of modern life and reconnect with themselves and nature.
Just be. Take a deep breath. Recharge.
The former pheasantry, later a forest cabin, has been renovated with great attention to detail and now welcomes nature-loving guests as a vacation rental. With its simple yet cozy furnishings and the building’s rustic, traditional charm, Das wilde Auwaldhaus exudes a warm atmosphere while helping guests recalibrate their expectations.
A 5,000-square-meter fenced-in natural property featuring a stream, pond, teepees, play areas, and secluded spots allows young and old alike to immerse themselves in the tranquility of the forest.
