Welcome to 918 Kings Crown! A beautifully updated ground level masterpiece of a home located directly on one of Sanibel's most desirable direct access canals. Featuring a large heated/caged pool, expansive floor plan with ample seating, dock w/ boat lift, and deeded beach access at the end of Lindgren Blvd, this one won't last long! Book your stay today!
The Space:
This home is divided among three bedrooms and bathrooms and features an expansive living area and family room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with bonus en-suite pool deck access. This bedroom is located at the far east edge of the home and separated across the living room from the other bedrooms, ensuring ample privacy for those in the primary bedroom. The home also features two stately guest rooms. The first of which features en-suite pool deck access and faces the canal, featuring a king bed. The second guest bedroom features two twin beds and is located adjacent to the first guest bedroom. The two share access to a large bathroom with dual vanities and a walk in shower. Guests will also appreciate the third bathroom located off the living area and featuring a single vanity with walk in shower.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, garage, pool, and dock. If guests would like to use the boat lift they must request access.

This home is located on Kings Crown Drive, which is one of the most highly desired streets on the island. Located close to beaches, the Lighthouse, and the causeway, this is the perfect location for your next vacation!
Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a rental golf cart
Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to their check in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed but provide guests privacy to enjoy their vacation in peace and serenity
