Other Things to Note:

There is one small, clearly marked storage room reserved for owner use, located in the hallway of the primary bedroom’s en-suite. This space is not accessible to guests.

🌴 Environment

As with any home in tropical South Florida, occasional insects may appear despite regular pest control. Keeping doors closed and food sealed helps maintain a comfortable space. If anything comes up, we’re happy to assist.



🧴 Essentials

A starter supply of essentials is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, etc.). For longer stays, guests may wish to restock as needed.



🌿 Outdoor Space

The home is surrounded by tropical trees, so you may occasionally notice leaves or natural debris, especially after wind or rain. The space is regularly maintained, but nature is part of the setting.



🔧 Utility Access

In rare cases, authorized personnel may need access to exterior service areas via the side gate.



🛜 WiFi

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. The router is located in the primary bedroom in a closed unit and does not affect comfort. Please do not unplug it.

The home is not adapted for guests with mobility challenges due to layout and bathroom limitations.

Exterior cameras are installed around the property (front entrance, driveway, and walkways) for safety.

There are no cameras inside the home, and your privacy indoors is fully respected.

Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per stay.

We ask that pets are supervised, kept off furniture, and cleaned up after.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Please keep noise at a respectful level, especially in the evenings, as this is a residential neighborhood.

Trash collection takes place on Monday and Thursday mornings. If your stay overlaps, we appreciate you placing the bins curbside the evening before pickup.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Please avoid blocking sidewalks or neighboring driveways.
