Charming attached studio in beautiful pool home

This light & bright studio offers a welcoming retreat, with sunlight pouring in through elegant French doors, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Step right outside of your door to the sparkling pool, perfect for a relaxing afternoon or refreshing morning swim. The poolside setting with plenty of loungers, and a cozy firepit perfect for roasting marshmallows, adds a touch of elegance and offers a resort-style setting.

This studio is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is comparable to a hotel room. It offers a full/double size daybed, mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. The studio is fully self contained and is thoughtfully attached to a main house with it's own private entry and no indoor shared space.

Guests of both the studio and the main house have full access to the tropical backyard, the beautiful pool, firepit, BBQ, plenty of loungers and a washer and dryer.

The studio has central air conditioning, but note that the temperature is controlled by a thermostat inside of the main house. You will not have access to the thermostat, however the guests in the main house are aware that the temperature should always be set between 70 to 74 degrees so that everyone is comfortable.

As this is a house with walls that are not completely soundproof, you may be able to hear some noise from the guests in the main house, as they may be able to hear noise coming from you. We respectfully ask that you adhere to quiet hours from 8PM to 8AM.

The driveway is reserved for guests of the main house. Guests of the studio may park on the street directly in front of the house, where there is plenty of parking available. It is okay if the wheels of your car are on the grass by the curb. If you have more than one car you may park anywhere else on the street.

There is a screened in patio in the backyard. Guests of the main house have exclusive use of the patio. It is not available to guests of the studio.

We are happy to provide transportation, airport transfers, childcare, or laundry service, by reservation, at an additional fee.
