Everything was good except there was no extra bedding for the pullout couch. We had to borrow from the family we were visiting and then forgot their blanket there. SMH. The far end of the house is a bit chilly

I’d give more stars if I could. This place was amazing for the price. Affordable, spacious, and equipped with everything needed to cook, including an outdoor grill. The fence was good and secure, though short, and the gate has vertical bars, so possibly not a good option for small dogs that can squeeze through, or dogs that like to escape and can jump a fence. The yard also had shade so it didn’t get too hot for the dogs’ feet. Everything was easily accessible and we were even able to get the pool key to use the pool, which I didn’t see advertised in the listing. Carport in the back was a bit too small for our Highlander, but it’s a quiet neighborhood and plenty of room on the road to park out front, so that wasn’t a problem. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book again if we’re ever out that way again.

The host was great. I reached out when we got there because I never received check-in instructions. They were quick to respond so we could be let in. I understand that his was a pet friendly location, but I was not expecting things to be covered in dog hair. The beds were fairly comfortable. The pull out beds/sofa were not comfortable and pretty gross. The kitchen was clean and had all the necessities. The curtains in the master bedroom don't quite close all the way, although it goes to a back ally so we weren't too worried about privacy.

House was clean. I especially enjoyed the skylights in the master bath and kitchen. The owners provided a lot of extras. There were bags of ice in the refrigerator, extra paper products, and personal items such as shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. I The area felt safeand quiet. It was convenient to grocery stores. We are birders and this location was also ver convenient to local birding spots. We had a problem with the hot water heater. The owner was very responsive and quick to fix the situation. This was obviously a new VRBO as there were no other reviews. We did make a few suggestions to the owner of some things to change. He was very responsive. Yes I would stay here again.

Home was exactly as described. It was clean and stocked with extras from towels to kitchen gadgets to games for kids. Had great communication with host. Would absolutely rent again. Thank you.
