The property was perfect and beautiful. The condo was very well maintained and stocked with small amenities. Which was the first for us. The owners communicated very well and they were very nice. I would recommend this property to everyone. We had a very enjoyable week.

We had a wonderful stay at Colleen’s condo! The location is excellent with wonderful views and quiet. We traveled with our toddler daughter and my elderly parents. We all loved the place and made comments about how well kept and stocked it was. Clean, comfortable beds and a great layout with the bedrooms away from the main living room and kitchen. That's great when you have a little one sleeping. Amenities! We flew in and its definitely far from your typical rental company management property. Amenities!! This property goes above and beyond- extras in the bathroom- plenty of spices in the kitchen, honey, sauces, butter, oils and more! Games, beach toys, beach chairs (more than enough) beach games, basketball, boogie boards, coolers, wagon and probably more that we didn't use! Fun inside toys and a stack of books! Oh yeah, reusable grocery bags- lots of pots and pans, more than enough kitchen utensils etc. all of these items make a difference and help you feel at home. The pools are awesome! Lots of kids, friendly neighbors and a great atmosphere, everyone was really nice and our daughter loved the pool! The beach is a short walk and the wagon makes this a breeze! Not over crowded and a family friendly vibe for sure. Overall this condo was one of the best we've stayed at hands down.This was our second trip to New Smyrna. We would definitely stay here again and seek out Colleen's place. Communication to overall amenities made for a perfect family vacation. Thank you!

Beautiful condo rental in a great location! It was clean, well equipped, and had plenty of amenities. The owner was wonderful to work with and communicated throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Awesome property. We were in town for an archery tournament in Daytona but didn’t want to be mixed up in all the crowds that Daytona entails. This property gave us plenty of space and quiet. The condo was clean and very well stocked-more than expected for sure. All the lights are labeled and any instructions are very clear. The host/owner communicated about how to enter the property very clear. She even reached out during a storm to say the cable was out. We arrived late at night and I was worried about getting in but it was no problem! Again, thanks to the clear instructions. The overall condo layout was nice as well- two rec locations with pools. The one closest to this condo was heated. The entire property was clean and all the folks we ran into were nice. It’s an easy drive to Cape Canaveral, Daytona, St Augustine and others. Traffic was not any issue. While the property is not on the beach side the beach access was very easy with a private walkway for the condo. The beach wasn’t crowded. We had a great time and when we return we will definitely try to book this condo again.

The unit was beautiful and was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our larger family and had plenty of space for all of us. My younger kids enjoyed all the games that were supplied while the adults enjoyed some down time. The pool and beach are perfect walking distance. Not to mention, the wagon, chairs, and beach toys and cooler that were included to use during our stay. It definitely helped reduce the amount of stuff we needed to bring with us. Colleen was quickly responsive to any questions before and during our stay. We loved the unit and plan to return in the future.
