[POOL CLEANING SCHEDULE]
• In order to ensure your safety, the pool is cleaned twice a week: on Monday and Thursday
• The service window is fairly broad: anytime between 8am and 5pm
• The cleaning company has their own door code to enter the property when guests are not inside
• After cleaning, we recommend waiting about 30 minutes before using the pool
• They will always knock and announce themselves when they show up

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
• $500 hold placed 4 days before check-in
• Released 2 days after checkout
• Failed holds must be resolved within 1 day

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
• Must be signed after booking
• Failure to sign cancels reservation

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
• 100% refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival
• 50% refund if canceled 14+ days before arrival
• No refund inside 14 days
