The condo is one of four units in the building, each with its own private entrance. This home accommodates up to four guests, and the primary guest must be 25 years or older, with a valid ID provided upon request. Pets are not permitted. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $250 fee, and any guests beyond the confirmed reservation count will be charged $50 per person, per night. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional costs for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

One designated parking space is provided near the building, with a scenic staircase of 50+ steps leading down to the unit’s private entrance. Guests will not share any interior spaces with others; while the building contains four units, each has its own private entrance to ensure privacy throughout your stay.

North Conway Village is approximately 15 minutes away and offers shopping, dining, and entertainment year-round. During winter months, four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended, as mountain roads can be snow-covered and icy.
