An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (wood/coal). The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a 30 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, TV and On request, an additional bed is available in the living room for a fee for 1 child under 12 years. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen as intersecting room, 11 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (100 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Cooking nook as intersecting room, 10 sqm, not heatable and with dinette, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven and cooking nook on the terrace. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Wind trap 38 sqm, not heatable and with lounge and covered terrace with dining area and kitchenette. Location
Fonyód. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The Csisztai thermal bath can be reached from the holiday home via a 5.5 km long, leisurely, partially asphalted road that leads through the Greater Berek region. Here, the thermal water with a temperature of 42 °C is excellent for the treatment of gynaecological diseases, intestinal and stomach complaints, skin diseases and for rehabilitation after bone fractures. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
