"Tap Room" 29th Copan!

The “Tap Room” is the first studio with a “beer” theme, a passion of the owner. Located on the 29th floor, it has been remodeled to welcome beer lovers. The decor incorporates various icons that are part of Deborah's life, a lover of grains and flavors. A unique space that will deliver sip after sip of pleasure, rest, and relaxation after happy hour or throughout the day. Air conditioning, queen-size bed, fast internet, and, above all, a breathtaking view!

Copan is one of São Paulo's most iconic and historic buildings, over 60 years old, located in the heart of the city. Due to its age, the electrical grid is limited. To avoid power outages, we recommend not using multiple electronic devices simultaneously. Using only one at a time will ensure everything functions normally.

The building's restoration work has already been completed in the area where this apartment is located, guaranteeing an unobstructed view without the protective screen.

Copan is a residential building with over 1,000 apartments, making it impossible to monitor all units. Therefore, occasional noise is to be expected. During weekdays, between 8 am and 5 pm, there may be noise due to internal activity or minor maintenance work.

Location and Mobility: Bus corridor in front of Copan, República metro station (Red and Yellow lines) 200 m away, in addition to restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, laundry, salon, shops and art gallery inside the building.

República neighborhood: revitalized historical area, with dozens of restaurants, bars, galleries and cultural attractions; the award-winning A Casa do Porco and 75 other restaurants recommended by Veja Comer & Beber are a few minutes' walk away.

Please note that, to ensure your safety and comply with Copan Building regulations, we require the personal ID number (ID card, driver's license, passport) of each guest prior to arrival. This is a requirement of the administration due to the large number of residents in the condominium, which exceeds 2,500 people. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
