Studio designed by architect Thaís Quina (@catenarch) on the top floor of the Copan Building, with an incredible sunset view. Spacious, the environment is comfortable for long or short stays. Decorated with works by the artist Pina (@pina.artstudio), the studio has an urban atmosphere and is located in the iconic building by architect Oscar Niemeyer.

We would like to inform you about the restoration process of the tiles that cover the building, which began this year with the aim of preserving our historical heritage. During your stay, the apartment may experience some inconveniences, such as:

Presence of a transparent veil in front of the window;

Possible noise during the day, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;

Occasional passage of workers with wheelchairs near the window, outside, during business hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. In this case, we ask that you temporarily close the curtain for greater privacy. These passages are quick.

Location and Mobility: Bus corridor in front of Copan, República metro station (Red and Yellow lines) 200 m away, in addition to restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, laundry, salon, shops and art gallery inside the building.

República neighborhood: revitalized historical area, with dozens of restaurants, bars, galleries and cultural attractions; the award-winning A Casa do Porco and 75 other restaurants recommended by Veja Comer & Beber are a few minutes' walk away.

Gastronomy in Copan: In the building: Bar da Dona Onça, Cuia, Sorveteria Tem Umami, Padaria Santa Efigênia, Café Floresta, Dona Zelda, Magg Café, World Café, Bar Casa do Raimundo, Fel, Paloma.

Within 200 m: A Casa do Porco, Merenda da Cidade, Sorveteria da Cidade, Hot Pork.

Please note that, to ensure your safety and comply with Copan Building regulations, we require the personal ID number (ID card, driver's license, passport) of each guest prior to arrival. This is a requirement of the administration due to the large number of residents in the condominium, which exceeds 2,500 people. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
