Maria is nice and was responsive, however I would not stay at this house again. It was very clear that the house had not been cleaned anytime recently (crumbs all over stove and countertops, dishes were dirty and had to be washed before using, mold in the washing machine, dirt on the floor in one of the bedrooms, dirty couches, food/debris in the sink, etc.) making it difficult to feel comfortable here. I actually ended up purchasing an air mattress to use as a couch because the couches were that gross. The outdoor space is nice, however the neighbor leaves their dog outside barking all day, which wasn’t the most relaxing environment. The toilet stopped working and I had to stay elsewhere for a night and was not reimbursed for that night. Also, the pool cleaners and landscapers randomly just show up and walk in the (gated and locked) backyard with no warnings. I would not stay here again.
