Une maison au top, une climatisation parfaite, une piscine superbe, un joli point de vue, de la tranquillité et de l'espace pour 6 personnes... Et aussi un service rapide et efficace du groupe Interhome comme d'habitude, 12 ans déjà que je loue avec eux... Un séjour à réitérer, meilleur maison depuis 12 ans dans la gamme de prix.. A très vite Calpe....

Prima vakantiewoning

Wij boekten voor het eerst een vakantievilla en dit is goed bevallen. Het is eerder een huis voor 4 tot max 6 personen. Mooie parkeerplek achter een hek voor de auto. Uitzicht op zee mooi, dicht bij alle faciliteiten en veel te doen in de omgeving. Om het huis heen bewoning van vaste bewoners, heerlijk rustig gehad. Volgend jaar gaan wij terug naar Calpe maar dan naar een luxere woning.

Family week in Calpe

Staying with a family of four with two kids (1 and 3 years old). We are overall very pleased with our stay in the house. Good standard in everything and calm location. 15 min walk to a smaller nice beach. Keep in mind that is a hilly landscape. 7-8 minutes drive down do city center with supermarkets and the two bigger and central beaches. Not a walkable distans. A car is a must. Even though its four bedrooms I wouldn´t say its a house for 8 people seen to both inside and outside space

Villa très bien à part la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement et ventilos au plafond donneraient aucune air dans les chambres, nuit horrible à cause de la chaleur.

Mooi huis

In de omschrijving staat dat er 3 slaapkamers airco hebben maar dat zijn er maar 2 waarvan er maar 1 goed doet. In de andere 2 slaapkamers hangen vinnen. Verder een heel mooi huis super compleet.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for the miscommunication concerning the air conditioning. Nevetheless, a new unit has now been installed into the additional bedroom, so now all of the bedrooms are equipped with this. We are also happy to let you know a brand new Nespresso Coffee Machine has also now been provided.

Todo perfecto!!!

Todo muy bien!! El primer día olía un poco a humedad, pero abrimos todo y se ventiló rápidamente. Faltaría una cafetera tipo nespresso o la típica italiana de toda la vida, sólo hay cafetera de filtro. Una de las camas demasiado blanda, las demás perfectas

Thank you for your comments and suggestions and consequently we are happy to inform you that a brand new Nespresso Coffee Machine has now been provided and that air conditioning has also been installed at the ground level room of the home.

Bonne location

Bonne location dans l'ensemble mais nécessite un rafraîchissement concernant le mobilier ( canapé tâché, sommiers sales..) A notre arrivée, nous avons dû renettoyer cafetière, vaisselles, lave linge, syphons de douches bouchés, etc... Il faudrait revoir votre société de nettoyage et faire effectuer un état des lieux à l'arrivee. Environnement très calme mais maison difficile à trouver. Voiture indispensable.
