Located within ten minutes of Big Bear Lake and Snow Summit, this home takes you off the beaten track in a residential neighborhood with your own fenced yard. The living room has a large TV with cable and lots of plush seating, plus space to gather with your guests in the dining room. You’ll love the updated kitchen, with its stainless-steel appliances, farmhouse sink, and comfy alcove with wingback chairs and a TV. A sweet pine-walled downstairs bedroom has a full bed and a nearby bath with a newly added walk-in shower. Upstairs, a king master suite has its own TV and a private balcony. You can dine outdoors at the patio table or enjoy the propane firepit after dark. With National Forest hiking just a few blocks away, you can immerse yourself in nature or head into town for shopping and dining. Watersports at the lake and skiing make this a year-round destination for relaxation and fun.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
The Neighborhood:
Located within ten minutes of Big Bear Lake and Snow Summit, this home takes you off the beaten track in a residential neighborhood with your own fenced yard.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is allowed in the driveway and in the garage. Maximum amount of vehicles is 2
This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in.
Interaction with Guests:
You will check-in and pick up keys at our office:

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.
On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
