Guest Access:
Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.

30 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED
Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
Per local ordinance, all guests are presented with a local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.
Interaction with Guests:
You will check in at our office in Palm Desert where you will be given keys and remotes.
