This generously laid out open floor plan home sits on a large lot at the end of a cul-de-sac in the popular Sun City community. The center of activity is the eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, double ovens, a microwave, and a breakfast counter.
The huge living area features a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining area. Guests will appreciate the outdoor dining patio. There is also a full-size laundry room and a 2-car garage.
This home offers two comfortable bedrooms and two large baths. The primary bedroom with a king bed is extended to add a sitting area with a door to the rear patio and offers a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The guest bedroom with a king bed has access to the hall bathroom. And there are two bonus rooms, one with a full-size futon sleeper sofa, for added sleeping flexibility.
Sun City Shadow Hills has tennis courts, pickleball courts, card rooms, a billiard room, bocce ball, a library, and multiple pools and gyms. All of this is just minutes away from all the conveniences and attractions the desert has to offer.
Per the HOA:
Minimum Age and stay. You must be at least 55 years of age to rent the property and stay a minimum of 30 nights. You hereby confirm that you are at least 55 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Interaction with Guests:
An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
Parking: 2 car garage and 2 cars on driveway
Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.
This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.
