Security footage shows 15 individuals entered the property for what appeared to be a party. This violated the occupancy limits clearly stated in the house rules you agreed to upon booking. Additionally: Multiple neighbors reported loud noise and excessive guests Marijuana was smoked throughout the property despite our strict no-smoking policy Security cameras were tampered with The police were called by neighbors due to the disturbance, not by me initially Upon inspection after your departure, we documented over $4,000 in property damage including: A destroyed bedroom door frame requiring replacement A broken window Damaged appliances Extensive smoke contamination requiring professional remediation All damage has been documented with photos, video evidence, and a police report. An insurance claim has been filed. You were asked to leave after violating multiple house rules that you acknowledged when booking. No refund will be issued as you breached the rental agreement. I maintain a welcoming home for respectful guests who follow the house rules. Unfortunately, this was not the case with your reservation.

Our property is fully stocked with essentials including toiletries, paper products, linens, and kitchen supplies, with additional inventory readily available in the storage room. When guests need anything during their stay, we respond promptly and are typically able to deliver within the hour. We were not contacted about any supply shortages or maintenance concerns during this stay. Had we been notified, we would have immediately addressed these issues. We encourage all guests to reach out via call or text at any time so we can resolve concerns in real-time. Regarding the specific items mentioned: The security system referenced is a deactivated legacy alarm that has since been fully disabled. Our smart lock automatically secures for safety but reopens instantly with the provided code. The property includes adequate dishware for the listed occupancy, fresh towels in each bathroom (stored on beds and in closets), and is professionally cleaned before each arrival.
