On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of St Philibert, in a quiet position, 500 m from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: park 1'000 m2, parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, sandy beach "Men er Belleg" 3.5 km, diving center 4 km, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie de Carnac" 8 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, sailing school 4 km, tennis 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Les Alignements de Carnac 8 km, La Trinité sur Mer, La Presqu'ile de Quiberon, Vannes 30 km, Lorient 50 km, Belle île en Mer. Hiking paths: Le Golfe du Morbihan. Please note: suitable for families. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Carnac, 8 km.

Semaine agréable dans la maison en famille élargie

La maison est très bien, elle est calme, le jardin est calme et arboré (il n est pas clôturé). Les chambres sont grandes. Le seul petit bémol, l électroménager mériterait d être rajeuni!

Insgesamt leider enttäuschend

Zunächst das Positive: das Haus liegt genauso schön und ruhig inmitten eines großen Parks wie beschrieben. Aber innen ist es eine Enttäuschung: alles alt, viel Mobiliar steht planlos herum wie in einer Rumpelkammer. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut, der große Schlafraum ist aber eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Durch den Park kommen kaum Sonne und Licht in das Wohnzimmer, es ist kalt. Wir hatten trotzdem einen guten Aufenthalt, da wir immer unterwegs und ansonsten nur in der schönen Küche waren.

Du bon et du moins bon

Maison superbe mais entretien et équipements électriques moyens. Nous arions apprécié d'avoir un garage couvert et du mobilier de jardin. La propreté de la cuisine et des interrupteurs électriques laisse à désirer.

Silence in Bretagnie

The environment of this house is wonderful. It is so quiet and a lot of privacy. From this spot you are able to visit all kind of nice other spots. For hiking, biking and beach you have a lot of choices nearby. The house isn’t complete concerning relax seats in the garden and also inside. Would be much better if there are more relax chairs especially if you with more than two people. It would be easy for the owners creating a cozier Livingroom. But all other things makes you will like it.
